Great Product. Only problem is handle gets too hot to touch which they do warn you about. Should do something about the handle because pot holder makes it a little awkward.

we bought the whole set,pots pans,perc and tea pot. one large pot was extremely warped-9 qt. perc indeed spilled over onto the stove!!!fire hazzard. we are currently on our way back to shopko for the third time!!!!!! gas is not cheap. i am dissappointed. .

I make coffee everyday for the men in my house. I love this new coffee pot, clean up is easy and coffee is delish! Hoping someone will buy the matching tea pot for me for my birthday. I would recommend this pot to anyone who enjoys their coffee as much as my everyone in my family does!

Got this in January, tried to make coffee and finally gave up. It took forever to perc, handle got HOT, and it boiled over. Only thing going for it was the nice exterior color. The flimsy interior aluminum hardware turned black.
I contacted Ms. Deen’s via her website to let her know how poorly constructed this item was and that she should ask them to fix it or take her name off it. Not a peep back from them – even after getting a “we will get back to you shortly” note.
I bought a Faberware percolator to replace it and all is well, despite my being out $30.
Stay away from this one.
