Was more mental side when I was young, working in a gym and the vanity thing. Of course, do what is good for me. I felt well and still does. But mostly, I was muscular and big, so for some I look great. Now I'm old, is different.
Now, My work is more for my health. The benefits I get from my training is more than you can imagine. My training includes bone density and an increase in the balance, it also happens to reduce possibility that I have a bad fall, and the worst ending injury hurt. Unfortunately, it are many elderly people fell and broke her hip and other bones. Broken bones are quite bad for younger people, what about Seniors who are 40 years or more. There are people who never really even tougher to 100%.
Training muscle of the elderly has its positive effects as well, including disability, arthritis and pain. It is true our muscles to contract, of course, as each year. It is also very difficult to maintain and build muscle. As we all know, the muscles are important, which is responsible for helping keep our functionality.
We all lose our muscles with age. I was a massive bodybuilder of 20 until my early my 30. Despite the extra fat I have, I was healthy, so I agree with my doctor. A year and years later, there is no way that can be strong and muscular back, but I am more than agree with that. Note that all need to keep our muscles when we age. For us our mobility and health functioning properly as we age.
